Work
Engagements where positioning, message, and creative were built as one system — and what changed because of it.
An outpatient mental health center with one page of magazine space, in a category built on stock photography and soft gradients. We reframed the brief from “advertise a program” to “lower the cost of saying it out loud” — and built #IWILL: a ladder of first-person commitments, drawn by hand, coming out of the reader’s own mouth.
A capital-call lending book bought wholesale off a European bank in wind-down, pointed at private equity sponsors who had not chosen it. The reposition: a subscription line is not debt on the fund, it is operating infrastructure inside it — which moves the buying decision off the pricing grid and onto the desk running it.
A bank sold its 137-year-old logo and adopted a new one — a short press release, and a very long year for whoever owns the buildings. The work sat on the implementation end: turning one identity decision into a buildable, permittable, inspectable standard, then sequencing it across the estate so the transition read as deliberate rather than abandoned.
